Servo Powered pick and place stacker system Our pick and place sacker can improve production time. The system above picks up large sheets and stacks them on the shipping pallet. Other units pick up smaller parts and put them directly into the shipping saving time and labor ( Below left)
For smaller presses, our rotary stacker and linear stacker fill the bill. (Above center and right) The rotary stacker will rotate and bring the opposite table under knock out table and the press will restart automatically. While the next batch is running the operator can remove the parts available and put in shipping boxes saving time and increasing profits.. The linear stacker can also be set to move automatically.
